The Peheja® concept & your advantage

The unique concept of the original Peheja® cable dual control system is based on a universal base unit and vehicle specific mounting supplements & sets that can be re-used many times. You purchased the universal basic unit once. After that, you can use it for at least 10 years in any type of vehicle. This will save at least 30% per re-installation compared to a new dual control system. By using specially developed steel supplements & brackets the damage to your vehicle is minimal and you will experience a safe and reliable feeling.

Removing pedals

Brake, Clutch and Accelerator dual control
Step 1: Use the supplied Allen key and loosen the bolts of the clutch and brake pedals. The accelerator pedal is not equipped with a locking bolt.
Step 2: Pull the pedals out of the holder.

Accelerator pedal:
Grasp the accelerator pedal at the top of the dual control and pull it out of the holder

Brake and gas dual control
Step 1: Use the supplied Allen key and loosen the brake and accelerator bolts one turn.
Step 2: Pull the pedals out of the holder.

Safety first

Due to the rapid development of vehicles, it is possible that parts do not fit from the old vehicle to the new vehicle, even if the vehicle is identical. If you purchase a completely different brand or type of vehicle, the mounting parts must always be replaced. The dual control itself is reusable. Therefore, for the safety of you and others, always have the removed dual control reinstalled by an Official Peheja dealer.

Maintenance plan & warranty seal

For safety reasons, the maintenance schedule & warranty seal must be followed.

The Peheja dealer have marked all critical connections with a tamper-evident marker. These markings must therefore be checked according to the maintenance schedule.

We do this to ensure that workshops or people do not tamper with our system without our knowledge. This will prevent you or anyone else from getting into a dangerous situation. Always make your workshop aware of this. You must obtain written permission from Peheja handler to destroy the markings by removing or moving parts.

The Peheja system is maintenance sensitive and you must carefully follow the maintenance schedule.

Failure to follow the maintenance schedule and/or warranty seal will void all warranties, liabilities and claims on our system and our company in whatever form. This is therefore not up for discussion.

Cutting out the carpet

The floor mat must never hinder the operation of the dual control. This can pose serious risks and cause damage to the dual control cables or to the vehicle’s original clutch, brake or accelerator systems. Therefore, the floor mat must always be cut out around the dual control. The floor mat must never lie on the dual control.

We therefore always cut out the floor mat. If your vehicle is delivered without a floor mat or you replace the floor mat, you must do this carefully yourself. If you do not do this, you do so at your own risk and the guarantee on the cables and the correct functioning of the system will be void.
